OUR EQUIPMENT

The machines behind every build

Our shop runs modern CNC cutting, bending, and finishing equipment. We cut flat sheet and tube, bend and form parts, and build custom frames, enclosures, and structural components for automotive, aerospace, construction, agriculture, and medical customers.

Weiya CNC Press Brake, 300 Ton

PRESS BRAKE

Weiya CNC Press Brake, 300 Ton

Our press brake bends sheet and plate with up to 300 tons of force, using dual sheet followers, hydraulic upper and lower die clamping, and a laser angle detector for consistent, accurate bends. Full 3D programming with on-screen simulation and multi-bend planning lets us run complex, multi-part orders faster and at lower cost.

SHEAR

Weya CNC Shear, 0.47 in x 13 ft

This CNC shear cuts plate up to 0.47 inches thick and 13 feet wide with a clean, precise edge. Semi-automatic operation gives us stable, repeatable cuts on larger material and higher-volume production runs.

Weya CNC Shear, 0.47 in x 13 ft
12 kW CNC Fibre Laser, 6 x 12 ft

FIBRE LASER

12 kW CNC Fibre Laser, 6 x 12 ft

Our enclosed 12 kW fibre laser cuts flat sheet up to about 1.5 inches thick, with an auto-focus head for precise, clean edges. A 6 by 12 foot exchange table and multi-sheet loading keep production moving, and full programming with on-screen simulation handles detailed parts with ease.

5-AXIS TUBE LASER

Three-Chuck Tube Laser (Jinan)

This tube laser cuts round and square tube, pipe, angle, channel, and flat bar to length, then adds holes, slots, bevels, copes, and complex joints in one automated pass. It handles material from 7/8 inch up to 14 inch diameter and up to 40 feet long, cutting handling time and delivering finished lengths ready to weld.

In-House Paint Booth, 15 x 40 ft

PAINT BOOTH

In-House Paint Booth, 15 x 40 ft

Our 15 by 40 foot paint booth keeps finishing under our own roof. No waiting on outside shops, tighter control over quality, and a complete, road-ready build that leaves the shop ready to work.

Great business to work with. They dealt with modifications on the fly and worked with me to make sure my requirements were met. They did a beautiful job, couldn’t be happier. Tell them what you need and let them do what they do best. You won’t be disappointed!
